Group Registration: Save with Exclusive Discounts for Your Office!

We offer a group discount for those who register with others from the same or associated office(s). 

For your convenience we offer two different options.

Option 1 - Register individually:

To obtain a group discount code for your members to use when registering online individually, CLICK HERE. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response issuing a group discount code. Thank you!

Option 2 - Register entire group with one electronic form:

To use our convenient Excel spreadsheet to list all attendees for the group, click here. The form must be downloaded, it can’t be filled out online. Open the form with the password “Btb@2023!” (without the quotes). If the “Enable Editing” button appears at the top of the Excel spreadsheet, go ahead and click on it. A group number promo code will be assigned upon completion. The total will be listed at the top with the option of either paying by credit card or check. Attach the completed form to an email sending it to LiveStream@btb.tax. The spreadsheet is encrypted so your information will be safe. The group promo code can also be used by others in the office who register later. If paying by check please remit to:

Option 3 - Print a form to fill and fax or mail:

In prior years we have used a paper form for the group registration process. Click Here to print a paper form. Fill out and either fax to 920-336-1844  or mail to the address above.

Group Discount Amounts:

• $10 per person for groups of 2 – 9.

• $25 per person for groups of 10 or more.
